They're giving their room to his brother Ben, and wife Rachel, so the party noise doesn't bother them because they have an early flight to Las Vegas to celebrate NYE. This also means Brody will be staying for a few days. Later Dan talks about how the magnets work with Hudsyn's VNS device. Their friends Jay and Erin are visiting from St Louis for lunch so Dan makes one of his staple recipes, Jerk Pork with coconut rice and black beans.
