TWITTER: https://twitter.com/vitalitybyjenni Many of you have been wondering what I eat or what a typical day of food looks like on a low fat high raw diet, so I decided to make a video to tell you exactly what I ate for the last two days. Both days were pretty different, but also had a lot in common (like me eating the same smoothie 3 times in 2 days!). TYPICAL DAY OF FOOD ON A LOW FAT HIGH RAW DIET So here is what I ate on Day 1: Breakfast: Smoothie made of 8 bananas, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen cherries, and water Snack: Small bowl of oatmeal with coconut palm sugar and raisins Lunch: Same smoothie as for breakfast :) Dinner: Juice made from pineapple, celery, cucumber, kale, and squash plus a cooked soba noodle dish with a fat-free sauce that I made Day 2: Breakfast: 10 bananas, 1/2 quart of water blended into a smoothie Snack: Small bite of dark chocolate (cooked) Lunch: 2 pounds blueberries Dinner: Juice made from pineapple and 2 heads kale and a smoothie made from 8 bananas, 1 cup frozen blueberries, and 1 cup frozen cherries with water I hope this gives you some ideas on how you can plan our your own healthy day on a low fat high raw vegan diet.
